Terms of Service: Inet Solutions / CL Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from Inet Solutions / CL Solutions (hereafter referred to as "The Provider"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.

2. Service "As-Is" & No Warranty

• No Guarantees: All game servers, web hosting, and voice slots are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• Liability Waiver: The Provider specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure.
• Zero Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Provider shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, server downtime, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

3. Support Policy

• Scope of Support: We provide "Best Effort" support for hardware connectivity, panel access, and initial server deployment.
• Exclusions: Support does not include fixing third-party plugins, custom code, or game-specific configurations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Response Times: Support is provided as a courtesy and does not come with a guaranteed response time (SLA).

4. Data & Backups

• Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data hosted on our servers.
• No Recovery Liability: In the event of hardware failure or data corruption, The Provider is not responsible for lost data and is under no obligation to recover it.

5. Acceptable Use (AUP)

You agree not to use the services for:

• DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized hacking.
• Hosting illegal material or pirated content (DMCA).
• Any activity that negatively impacts the performance of the host node for other customers.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any service immediately, without notice or refund, if these rules are breached.

6. Billing & Refunds

• Payments: Services are prepaid. Failure to pay by the due date will result in immediate suspension and eventual deletion of data.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services and the costs of provisioning, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or server lag caused by customer-installed mods/plugins.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
